Potenza RF Microneedling — Tighten, Smooth, Renew
Potenza™ RF Microneedling
Collagen renewal. Firmer, smoother skin.
Potenza™ combines ultrafine microneedles with radiofrequency (RF) energy to stimulate the skin’s natural renewal process deep below the surface. By promoting new collagen and elastin, it helps firm lax skin, smooth fine lines and wrinkles, and improve the appearance of acne scars and stretch marks on both the face and body.
Smoother. Firmer. Refreshed from within.
RF MICRONEEDLING FAQs
Everything you need to know before and after your RF Microneedling treatment at HELA Skincare Center.
-
Avoid excessive sun exposure and tanning for 1–2 weeks before treatment. Pause retinoids, exfoliating acids, and other irritating skincare products for approximately 3–7 days as advised. Arrive with clean skin, free of makeup, lotions, and oils.
-
Avoid waxing, chemical peels, aggressive exfoliation, and other irritating skin procedures before your appointment. Inform your HELA specialist about any medications, recent treatments, active infections, history of cold sores, pregnancy, implanted electronic devices, or relevant medical conditions.
-
Avoid makeup for approximately 24 hours, or longer if advised. Skip strenuous workouts, hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, and excessive heat for at least 24–48 hours to help minimize irritation during recovery.
-
Temporary redness, warmth, mild swelling, and sensitivity are common after treatment and typically improve within a few days. Mild dryness, flaking, or tiny pinpoint crusts may also occur. Allow your skin to heal naturally without picking or scrubbing.
-
Follow your provider's instructions for when to begin cleansing. Use gentle, hydrating skincare and avoid retinoids, AHA/BHA, vitamin C, benzoyl peroxide, and exfoliants for approximately 5–7 days, or until your skin has recovered. Minimize sun exposure and use broad-spectrum SPF 30+ once appropriate after treatment.
-
Most temporary redness and sensitivity improve within a few days, although recovery depends on treatment depth and individual skin response. Contact HELA if you experience blistering, increasing pain, significant swelling, signs of infection, or other unexpected reactions. Seek prompt medical care for severe symptoms.
